Call us immediately. For package members, we can be there in 30-60 minutes with a spare. We prioritize business emergencies.
I'm a solo freelancer—is this for me?
Absolutely. Half our clients are solo. Use us for emergency repairs or one-off setups on a pay-as-you-go basis. No monthly fees required.
Do I come to you or do you come to me?
Both! We can collect from your desk (especially in Victoria) or you can drop off. For software issues, we solve 90% remotely.
